The SPORTS program offers elite training experiences, collegiate exposure, and tailored education to LEADER-ATHLETES in 7th-12th grade. Our holistic approach empowers underserved female athletes by enhancing their athletic abilities, leadership skills, mental resilience, and personal growth, preparing them for success in sports and life.
Our annual Champions Academy, held on a college campus, is a weeklong training academy that gives participants a taste of collegiate athletics. Throughout this academy, athletes engage in intensive training, leadership development, performance coaching, and vital education on important topics such as NIL (Name, Image, Likeness), financial literacy, and mental health. These experiences equip them with the skills necessary to thrive both on and off the field.
Many student-athletes face a sense of identity loss after graduation, as their self-worth can diminish when they are no longer students or athletes. That's why we call our participants LEADER-ATHLETES. We believe that leadership is not confined to a specific place, role, or time; it is an intrinsic quality carried through life. We want our participants to understand that even though the game may end, life continues onward.
In addition to the annual academy, our year-round programming includes quarterly mini-skills clinics, monthly topical sessions, mental wellness group activities, and parent engagement check-ins. This ongoing support ensures that our LEADER-ATHLETES continue to grow and flourish in their personal and athletic journeys.
