Our SPORTS program empowers high-potential athletes, whom we proudly call Champions, by providing the exposure and support they need to unlock their full potential. Taking a holistic developmental approach, SPORTS integrates key elements from the VISION program to provide female athletes with the tools they need to succeed both on and off the court, fostering personal growth and building a strong network within the sports community.

A key component of SPORTS is the Champions Academy. This summer program offers a one-week basketball training camp for around 40 athletes and a coaches' clinic for high-potential coaches. This program provides athletes with intensive training, leadership development, performance coaching, and personal growth opportunities, empowering them to excel on and off the court.

The Champions Academy curriculum is comprehensive and designed to offer athletes a well-rounded experience. It covers skill development, leadership courses, performance coaching, financial literacy, Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL), mental wellness, and off-court knowledge expansion. These elements give athletes essential skills for success on and off the court.

In addition to the summer camp, SPORTS offers a Year-Round Program to continue supporting athletes and coaches throughout the year. This program includes quarterly mini-skills camps, monthly coaching development sessions, and mental wellness group sessions. Additionally, there are monthly wellness check-ins and mentor sessions with champion parents to ensure ongoing support.
