The 318 ACTION program is the dynamic out-of-school programming of VISION, offering an enriching journey of personal growth, skill, and leadership development. Through immersive experiences, including domestic and international travel, leadership conferences, college tours, out-of-school opportunities during the school year, and career enrichment opportunities, ACTION seeks to inspire leaders future leaders, expand horizons, ignite passions, and equip girls with the tools they need to thrive presently and in their futures.

Some of the experiences we’ve curated include group dinners, hosting a holiday party for VISIONARIES and their families, and organizing a 3-day ACTION trip that consisted of three college tours to Xavier University, Baton Rouge Community College, and Louisiana State University. This trip allowed VISIONARIES to experience multiple iterations of what postsecondary academics look like. In addition to the college tours, the VISIONARIES participated in a financial literacy session with a regional bank, visited the New Orleans Aquarium, and attended their first NCAA gymnastics competition between two of our nation's powerhouses, LSU vs Auburn University.

From leadership conference opportunities to academic and career enrichment, community service, and curated internships,  we equip the VISIONARIES with the tools they need to thrive in any endeavor.
